We offer free tech support via our ticket system, but we also offer toll-free telephone support for $10.00 per month. We can help you with most questions about our web hosting services or addons, including questions about Domain Names, SSL Certificates, or questions about our billing system. We do not cover HTML questions, but those can be answered through the webmaster support addon. We will answer basic questions about your cPanel and other value added features such as Fantastico and RVSitebuilder. For more involved questions or for help building your website, look at the Webmaster Support addon.

We offer toll-free Webmaster Support for $25.00 per month. With this service, you won't need the Telephone Support addon, as it's included. We will be able to help you with your HTML and template questions and we can help you install scripts with Fantastico. There are many scripts available for full websites, including Wordpress Blogg, Bulletin Boards, Photo Publishing and Content Management Systems (CMS), such as Drupal, Mambo, Joomla, etc. Most all of these scripts require a separate database, which are not included in the "Basic Hosting Plan", but you can always upgrade later to the "Advanced Plan" which has 5 databases or the "Professional Plan" which has 15 databases. If you purchase the webmaster addon, we will be happy to set up the database and install the script for you. Support is available on a on-going basis.
